Sounds of Yarnbala is an experience birthed from the vision of simply bringing people together in nature, to relax, connect and experience the creative talents of incredible artists around our campfire. Be with friends in the amazingly creative and artistic venue that is the central meeting place of Yarnbala, surrounded by the sounds and scenery of the native Australian bushland together. 

Transfers commence from the Coffin Bay Yacht Club car park. 

Ticketing includes: 
  • Live music from amazingly talented artists  
  • Exclusive location and venue with limited numbers 
  • Courtesy bus transfers to and from Yarnbala is provided from the Coffin Bay Yacht Club car park (return transfers from Yarnbala are provided if you wish to leave prior to the completion of the experience)

Nick Krieg, the unmistakable sound of the Eyre Peninsula, returns after a long hiatus. With eight albums to his name, Nick's heartfelt, original music has resonated in households and live music venues for over 30 years. This rare performance at Yarnbala offers a unique chance to experience Nick Krieg's soulful melodies once again, as he brings his captivating presence to an intimate campfire setting.

3rd January 2025Dylan Smith

Dylan Smith’s deep love for music and song is translated through his unique and personal interpretations of classic and modern popular music. Dylan has toured and played around Australia for over 10 years now, putting himself in the perfect space to perform for a crowd. His smooth vocal and emotive guitar work complement each other to build a warm soundscape that engages the listener. Using the loop pedal to scaffold these soundscapes, Dylan blends modern and traditional stylings, adding the harmonica to tracks for added personality. Along with a back catalogue of original music, Dylan's "like-a-version" inspired covers are not to be missed. 24th January 2025Paul Backman

Local musician Paul Backman has a rare gift of transforming songs and putting a unique spin on them that often surpasses the original. His soulful voice resonates deeply, carrying listeners on an emotional journey. Paired with his relaxed fingerpicking style, Paul Backman creates a mystical atmosphere, providing a captivating and unforgettable experience - perfection around the campfire at Yarnbala. 

31st January 2025Trav Collins

Adelaide based multi-instrumentalist, Trav Collins wields a 12-string acoustic guitar, running it through an array of effects pedals and a tube amp to craft unique roots and folk-inspired cinematic soundscapes. His live performances are a one-man symphony, featuring the didgeridoo, banjo, harmonica, trombone, and lap steel guitar, creating an expansive sound that fills the stage. Trav’s lyrics are drawn from the highs and lows of his life, with each word sung in a voice that carries both sincerity and truth.

7th February 2025Craig Atkins

Award Winning Roots. Blues & Folk Multi-Instrumentalist Craig Atkins originally from Riverland Region of SA (Meru Country), is a 'one-man band' songwriter and performer based in Adelaide SA (Kuarna Country), who has toured across this country with various acoustic guitars, lap slide, cigar box guitars, didgeridoos, harmonica, foot percussion and loop & effect pedals. 

With influences such as Paul Kelly, Joe Purdy, Harry Manx, Xavier Rudd and numerous blues masters to name but a few, Craig's live performances weave through various styles from chilled finger-picking folk & alt country stories, to delta slide blues, through to rollicking folk foot tappers and stomping jumping roots and "Didgeriblues", with storytelling lyrical content covering his aspects of life, love and loss and observations of the world we all live in.


14th February 2025 Laura Hill

Award winning artist Laura Hill is an exquisite singer songwriter from the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia. She’s has toured and supported with the likes of Passenger UK, Matt Corby, Daryl Braithwaite, Colin Hay, Juzzie Smith, Kim Churchill Matt Mchugh, Ash Grunwald and Tijuana Cartel to name a few. Laura’s hints of sassy wisdom & song writing are matched with a stunning clarity and tone to create a beautiful, varied and dreamlike soundscape.

With tasty and dextrous guitar work and possessing an effortless and captivating voice her exquisite soulful blend of Indie/ Folk-Pop is delivered heart-on-sleeve tempered with gentle wit, laughter and a thousand tiny insights. Laura’s voice could lay the Southern Ocean down to rest.
